Privacy policy

The short version

You can browse Insporithm without an account. If you make one, we keep your email address and what you save, so the site and your connected AI apps can show it back to you. We don't sell your data or show you ads, and we don't use tracking cookies.

What we store

• Your account: your email address and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we also keep Google's account identifier and the email address Google gives us. We only ask Google for your name, email address and basic profile.
• Your business profile: what you tell us about your business (its type, name, goals and who appears on camera) and the handle you choose.
• What you save: your folders, the videos in them and your notes, the guides you make or save, and your plan and credits.
• What you send us: feedback, and requests to add or take apart a business.
• Email preferences: whether you get the weekly picks or the newsletter.
• Connected apps: if you connect Claude or another app through our MCP server, the app's name and the tokens that let it act for you, until you disconnect it.
• Security records: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and short-lived counts of sign-in attempts used to stop abuse.

Who else handles it

• Vercel hosts the site, and Supabase hosts the database.
• Resend sends our emails: sign-in links and, if you ask for them, the weekly picks.
• Google Gemini writes a guide when you ask for one. It receives your business profile and the video the guide is based on.
• Google handles "Continue with Google" if you use it.

YouTube

Insporithm uses YouTube API Services. Videos play from YouTube, and their view and like counts come from the YouTube API. By watching them here you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and what YouTube does with your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. We don't access or store anything from your own YouTube account.

Your choices

• You can change your profile, folders and guides on the site at any time.
• Each weekly-picks email has a link to unsubscribe.
• You can disconnect connected apps from your account page.
• To get a copy of your data or have your account and everything in it deleted, email hello@insporithm.com. We'll do it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top, and for a significant change we'll email account holders. Questions: hello@insporithm.com.
